Not coming back

I like the location of the hotel. it was convenient40 z traveling around easy traveling around the area. In addition, it was near a strip mall and a wide variety of restaurants.

I was under the impression that it was a non smoking hotel. I woke up two days in a row with my newborn's hair smelling with the stench of smoke from the comforter. The staff were not friendly. they constantly asked my two ethnic teenagers for their room key each time they entered the hotel. And once they took the key from my son when he was trying to use the vending machine to verify my name on the reservation before returning it back to him. lastly when I was attempting to get the continental breakfast, I learned that you had to pay for the breakfast. For some reason my son and i were picked out randomly amongst an entire crowd of people to be asked for a buffet a ticket.I inform them that I thought it was included being the fact that a majority of hotels I have stayed in have always included continental breakfast. Instead of her explaining to me nicely and in a professional tone, the staff member it loudly and rudely told me" you don't have any money you have to pay to eat here" I was so embarrassed that I just put the food down and walked away. of course I have money to pay for the breakfast if I have money for the hotel duh! She could have kindly informed me that it was not included with the traditional hotels day and that a buffet voucher can be purchased at the front desk or bill to my room. I just found it strange that she picked us out of the entire crowd to ask us.i did not appreciate her loud talking me. I also did not appreciate the other staff members standing around me and my son as if we were going to cause a commotion.amongst a few other things that take too much time to mention, I just decided to come upstairs and pack my bags and leave. I decided to stay at another hotel for the rest of our trip. such a disappointment
