I ordered Hertz car through Kayak and then I cancelled Hertz. Kayak and Hertz can't seem to get it straight that I didn't get the car. I keep getting messages, "Are you ready for your trip?" It was extremely hard to get the refund. They charged me a $50 cancellation fee. Don't go near Kayak or Hertze!Bewertet am 30. Apr. 2023

Reserved a full-size truck or SUV, vehicle was switched out for a "Crossover SUV", which did not meet my needs. Was informed of this after I had arrived at the airport. I flew to Midland Odessa. When I signed up with Kayak there was no clarity that I would not be picking the car up at the airport and had to spend another $22 and wasted time to go and pick it up at the outside site. Thanks Kayak.Bewertet am 6. März 2022

After my plane was delayed, Hertz decided to give my reserved car away to other people as there was a large conference in town that week.
