I had a car rented for an 8:30am pickup and when I got there they said they wouldn’t have a ar for at least 2 hours. There were no cars to be had so I have to Uber to and from Rochester MN for $200+.Bewertet am 16. Apr. 2023

When I went to the Hertz counter at terminal 2 in Minneapolis at 9:pm on Saturday Jan, 7, 2023 they were closed. Me, my disabled wife in a wheelchair and three bags were informed that we needed to take a shuttle to terminal 1 to get the car. It was 8 degrees and we had come from South Florida, and were in shorts. What an outrage! We had to take a $120.00 cab to our location. We were originally told it would take 2 hours to get our truck; totally understandable since it was a holiday weekend. We waited 5 hours to then be told they didn’t have any trucks. Luckily we were given an SUV instead but the fact that they rented us a car they didn’t have was very frustrating and the waiting with no communication was awful.Bewertet am 28. Dez. 2022

When we arrived at the Hertz counter we were told that it would be a 1-2 hour wait before a car was ready. We were also told that they could only phone us when the car was ready if we were in the terminal. The counter agent was worthless. Hertz accused me of crashing their car. I drove the car a total of three times and parked in safe places. The car was in exactly the same condition when I dropped it off. Hertz sent me an email later after dropping it off claiming that I had been in an accident and asked me to admit to the fact. I refused, and now they have started legal proceedings. I even bought the Hertz recommended collision coverage, which they claim I now have to go through an insurance company to deal with. What a joke.Bewertet am 18. Mai 2022
