Only one car available, which wasn't what I was looking for. Went to leave and the tire pressure light was on. After an hour and a half I was finally out the door. When car was returned I received an unexpected $70 charge for an additional driver. Would have been nice to have been told about that upfront.Bewertet am 15. März 2023

My plans were all in place and required detail and...as I was walking out the door to pick up my car(10 minutes away)...I was called and told that no cars of any kind were available at the off-airport location! Why did it accept my rental reservation and...at the very least...called the night before! Unforgivable and something I shall not forget!Bewertet am 5. Nov. 2022

The key fob battery didn’t work. It was hard to lock and unlock doors and once I couldn’t start the car. I was afraid to go to a store because I was concerned I wouldn’t be able to unlock the car if I locked it. There were no key holes in the doors. They wouldn’t bring me a replacement battery. The Hertz staff was pretty disorganized. Pick-up took 45 minutes or more. I was not asked if I wanted to pre-purchase gas but was charged for it, even though I filled the tank before returning. Probably my fault because I did not read the Rental Record before I filled up but I rarely request pre-purchase.Bewertet am 13. Okt. 2021
