I never got the car. After 2 hours of being told by the only agent at the counter that the car was in the process of being delivered, I got frustrated and went to the Avis counter and got a car within 10 minutes. I’ll never do business with Hertz again.Bewertet am 30. März 2023

Car was not available when requested, and I was told there was no 7 passenger SUV available, but then was told there was a large van available, but we had to wait for an hour before it could be brought up from a distant lot. Agents in the office were great. However, getting charged extra for dropping off 2 hours late when I called to be certain it was going to be fine dropping off late , did not sit well.Bewertet am 27. Apr. 2022

The car was dirty and very dented upon pick up. At highway speed the car would shake. The passenger seat would also make a horrible noise also. The Tahoe has been beaten up and not indicative of a Hertz rental. Very disappointed all the way around!Bewertet am 24. Apr. 2022

Upon landing, I had a call from Hertz saying there would not be a car available for me. No cars were available at the airport or the other in-town location. The front desk staffs tried to be kind, but it was obvious there simply were no cars available. Had to use Uber and Lyft to get where I was going and then rent a bike. So while in the big scheme of things, it is not earth shattering not sure I would use kayak or a third party affiliate again.Bewertet am 11. März 2022

They didn’t have a car for me when I arrived. I had to wait nearly two hours. Eventually I got what I think was a staff members car that smelled like marijuana. I’m relatively easy going, but this was a terrible experience.Bewertet am 26. Sept. 2021
