Yeah sure Hertz knows how to take the reservation ,,, they just don't know how to hooold the reservation and that's really the most important part of the reservation, the holding. Anybody can just take them. Had it not been for hertz employee Tabatha, the entire experience would have been a colossal fail in terms of customer engagement and satisfaction.Bewertet am 16. Mai 2023

Hertz refused to rent to me after making the reservation nearly 2 months in advance. Hertz said there was an unknown problem with my license and had me call a Hertz telephone number. The location is convenient but parking is a problem. They close at noon on Saturday which isn't convenient. The agent was friendly and professional. The car was suppose to be a non smoking car but smelled strongly of cigarette smoke.Bewertet am 17. Juli 2021
