I picked up my car at the airport in Hilo, where I live, for a weekend around the island with family. I think the car could have been a little cleaner, but it wasn't a deal breaker and the process was quick and easy. The associate at the desk was friendly and funny, Mr. Panama I will call him. we rented a full size SUV for 4 adults and a 3 year old and it was very spacious and comfortable. The only problem we had was that the drivers side rear tire would not hold air. we had to hit a gas station virtually every day to keep the pressure close to where it was supposed to be.Bewertet am 23. The pick up window area was very crowded and there isn’t really any place to wait comfortably. Staff was nice, although pick up was slow. Overall it was a good experience and I would definitely recommend it to anyone.Bewertet am 28. Nov. 2021
