Positiv:: Tolle Lage direkt am Strand. Strand mit dem Aufzug erreichbar. Super Buffet mit guter Auswahl und guter Qualität.

Negativ:: Zimmer hätten etwas moderner sein können.

Positiv:: Beach front and excellent food

Negativ:: Room facility don’t feel as a 4 star but sea view is fantastic

Positiv:: Location is really nice!views are perfect, Directly on the beach ) breakfast and dinner is also nice.

Negativ:: Staff is not giving enough info to the guests. We had half board, nevertheless in the restaurant while having a dinner staff came and told us that we need to pay for the drinks, even for the water.. that was pretty uncomfortable... even the sofas near the pool had price.. we weren’t using them but still .. p.s in this area u can find only young British people

Positiv:: Great location overlooking the bay. Nice and modern interior, really enjoyed breakfast!

Negativ:: Dinner food could have been slightly higher quality and would have been nice to experience some local cuisine.

Positiv:: Very well located, quick access to the beach. Amazing sea views from room/balcony/restaurant. Very good food, various choices all fresh and all very well organised. The staff were friendly and professional, each night different entertainment, great atmosphere. We definitely enjoyed our stay, and in our opinion, is the best placed and the most good looking hotel in this area.

Negativ:: Particularly to us (couple) we were somehow disappointed for the fact that the entertainment and free bar closes at 11PM then you need to buy the drinks (that's even for all inclusive package) but there are a lot of places to go in Magaluf anyways so it wasn't the end of the world. Also the pool closes at 8PM & the breakfast interval could've been 3 hours from 8-11, not only up to 10.

Positiv:: Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Zimmer und Hotelgelände sehr sauber. Keine nervige Animation. Wunderschöner Ausblick. Schöner Strand, klares Wasser, schön zum schnorcheln. Fantastisches Essen. Sehr ruhig, wenn man bedenkt, dass da "Feierwütige" sein sollen. Auch nachmittags waren noch Liegen am Pool frei. Alles, was versprochen wurde, wurde gehalten.

Negativ:: Keine Strandliegen (wurden aber auch nicht versprochen). Essen war größtenteils nur lauwarm (war aber auf Grund des warmen Wetters nicht so schlimm).

Positiv:: The variety of food was brilliant. So close to the main strip yet it was quiet at night so slept very well. The staff we're very friendly especially in the restaurant.

Negativ:: My only moan would be that there is barely any shade if you want it, if you want to relax on the loungers but that's just being picky.

Positiv:: Bar staff were lovely and accommodating, rooms clean and the best view!

Negativ:: Bed was uncomfortable and the reception staff were not as helpful as the rest of the staff when we arrived.

Positiv:: The staff everywhere were very polite and excellent at their job especially the two head waiters in the restaurant. Our son is allergic to egg and nuts and each day they ask him personally what he wanted for lunch and dinner, which was cooked separately to everyone else's without any fuss. The hotel was spotless everywhere. We also had a late flight that evening and reception accommodated us extremely well again no issue.

Negativ:: nothing we will cone back again

Positiv:: Hi everyone..we would like to say that ours Holiday on this Hotel.was the Best experience ever.. we are so happy been there.. hotel was absolutely clean modern and very nice.. personal in bars and lunch was always smile and helpfuly.. rooms was clean every one day.. ours rooms has wonderfull sea view.. food was excelent evry day different menu.. this hotel and experience for us was amazing..thank you very much to our staff for our holiday..we'll be back again..;)

Positiv:: Das Essen war nicht nur qualitativ hochwertig (richtig lecker=), es gab auch immer eine reichhaltige Auswahl. Die Lage war super! Beide Strände (Magaluf und Palmanova) waren in wenigen Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar. Kompliment an das Zimmerreinigungspersonal, es wurde immer sehr sauber gereinigt.

Negativ:: Was mir persönlich nicht so gefallen hat, waren die Süssgetränke im Restaurant, welche mit Originalmarkennamen (wie z.B. Cola, etc.) angeschrieben waren am Hahn, dann jedoch nur ein billiges Ersatzgetränk rauskam. Dann doch lieber Wasser. Die Betten waren ziemlich hart. Auf unsere Anfrage, ob wir eine andere weichere Matratze haben könnten, wurde seitens der Rezeption und des Zimmerreinigungspersonal aber super eingegangen und wir erhielten jeweils zwei Matratzen-Topper.

Negativ:: Saubere Zimmer, netter Empfang, hilfsbereit >> einfach nur toll. Hätten gern etwas mehr Fernsehe Empfang gehabt aber hat gepasst

Positiv:: This place is very well located, near to the beach and all the main attractions. parking was also easy for us, you can always find place on a free parking space next to the property. Definitely its the good place for the money you pay for it.

Negativ:: you can never find someone on reception and its annoying. also it was very noisy in the mornings all the time. some works were going on outside waking up 8-9 am

Positiv:: Stayed a few times here me and my husband. Really good location. Friendly cleaner. Regular fresh towels. coffee making facilities and a drinks vendor in reception. Room is clean, bright and beds are comfy. comes with a mini fridge and hairdryer. Tv is good. I would say its a top quality room. Excellent shower. We had a lovely balcony terrace with a table, chairs and sun longer. Perfect. You can sometimes here and see younger ones staying at the lively magaluf hotel but its fine not noisy for long quite quiet to say near the end off strip. Lovely food in restaurant next door and also supermarket staff underneath friendly and convenient with good prices. We will definitely be back again. Nothing like a hostal. Can use lively magaluf pool when its not closed.

Negativ:: Nothing it was perfect.

Positiv:: Obwohl um die Ecke die Partymeile ist, liegt das Hostal Jakiton in eine ruhigem Bereich. Die beiden Strände sind innerhalb 5 Minuten zu Fuss gut zu erreichen. Die Restaurant sind gut und das Personal ist sehr freundlich.

Positiv:: Excellent from start to finish , very clean , all facilities included which in most rooms come as an additional cost

Positiv:: Clean, comfy, decent size room, check in was easy with communicative staff, balcony, great location, A/C was ice cold and on when I arrived which was a nice touch.

Negativ:: Only complaint was I paid in Euros on booking.com and was very careful to select this and yet my credit card was still charged in my home currency ($AUD), and so with the merchant's currency conversion fees added I was charged an extra 10%. As a seasoned traveller I always decline the merchant's conversion for this very reason so I was a bit annoyed that it had been processed as such. Probably an honest mistake but it's never happened anywhere else. I'm not going to follow it up but good to let people know.

Positiv:: Great location , clean and quiet rooms.

Negativ:: There were few little cockroaches in the bathroom Eve thought the rooms were cleaned properly everyday. Maybe some insecticide in the bathroom make it perfect. Otherwise everything else was great

Positiv:: It's close to the Magaluf party street, closest club is Banana Disco, all clubs are within 10 minutes of walking distance. It's close to restaurants and grocery stores (to the direction of Banana Disco). The room has air conditioning. Even though the reception is unmanned in general, the check-in process was quick and easy. Reliable and timely information was provided in advance (in e-mail) about the check-in. The room was quiet enough, I could still hear some party noises sometimes, but they weren't too loud, so I was able to sleep easily.

Negativ:: I wasn't asked about payment options (e.g. using a different credit card or paying in EUR rather than my home currency), and because of that I ended up paying 10% more.

Positiv:: I recommend it!

Positiv:: Clean place. Staff helped with late check-in. Despite being right in a central location, rather quiet area.

Negativ:: Not good noise isolation between rooms, but a minor thing. Might be hard to find a parking spot

Positiv:: Superb breakfast/dinner - the same as 3star hotel guest have in their hotel.

Negativ:: People that come for the first time, usualy play loud music on the balcony. But this can be resolved with more often security check-outs of the hostel.

Positiv:: Great location. Modern, clean and comfortable. Great value. Hotel swimming pool included only 5 minutes away. Beautiful balcony view.

Negativ:: Not enough electric sockets, 6 people sharing 3 sockets. My towels were not replaced when the room was cleaned every morning, I had the same towel for 5 days. The locker was filthy when I opened it, the inside of the lockers need to be cleaned.

Positiv:: The use use of facilities and great located pool into the cliffside in the hotel round the corner. Good buffet food options at a more than fair price.

Positiv:: I was there second time. Breakfast was great - many versions of dishes, also for vegetarian and nice view on iceland from glassed terrace. I didn't have time to swim. Maybe another time. Localisation is better than I was thinking before. At one side you can go to San Matias and at other to Magaluf. They are so different and few minutes walk from Florida and Floridita :)

Negativ:: that nobody answered to my mails about reservation for me and my friend and we didn't know if we will be at the same room.

Positiv:: Absolutely nothing. This place should be shut down. Well maybe that sleeping on the balcony was cooler than sleeping in that hell of a room they gave me ?

Negativ:: Rooms turn into a sauna at night. I went to reception to ask it that was normal, they said yes it’s normal for rooms to get extremely hot and that all their fans are weak and barely work, when asked how do people sleep here ? Their exact answer ? “On the balconies or on the floor, we get a lot of complaints about it, but yeah haha” Our dorm room had only one fan that didn’t work and no AC, room turned into a boiling room and had people soaked in sweat to where the mattresses were soaked. Ended up sleeping on the balcony.

Negativ:: Check-In ca.300m im Hotel, unkomfortable Betten, sehr wenig Platz im Zimmer

Positiv:: Desperados was exciting. House of katmandu was really interesting. The food is fantastic.

Negativ:: Staff stealing two bags from the hotel room, full of products, make up, jewellery, etc. When confronted the 2 bags was returned. EMPTY!

Positiv:: Breakfast was very enjoyable, a lot to choose from. The location was ideal as my son works close by and we were able to see him every day

Positiv:: The food within the restaurant was good.

Negativ:: No parking available despite being told there was street parking. Most parking you had to pay for and had 2 hour limit or you had to park 10-15 mins away. The room was small and badly decorated and the bathroom had paint crumbling from around the shower and generally a very dated and beyond basic bathroom. The bathroom had not been cleaned properly before we arrived despite being told the room was ready.....the cleaning supervisor came into inspect the room and agreed it was not up to standard yet it was not rectified. No bedding had been allocated for my sons bed and this lead to having to run around that night trying to track some down. We were then awoken at 6.40am by the cleaners moving furniture around and cleaning the rooms on our floor. This was after a very noisy night in the corridors! The hotel offers one pool that does not feel very clean and one tiny baby pool. What makes it a ‘resort’ I would imagine is the connection to katmandu park........this provides a splash park......great for tiny kids and a soft play ....again great for tiny ones and it also offers some simulated rides. The rides are not great and kills some time for older kids but generally not money well spent at 380 euros a night! The sun beds are worn and literally on top of one another and over every hedge is a road or Donna kebab shop. There is no parking close by that doesn’t charge or have a two hour time limit so we had to park 10-15 mins away. This was despite the hotel telling me that there was lots of street parking.

Negativ:: Das Essen war sehr gut und abwechslungsreich. Leider war es bis 23.00 Uhr extrem laut,durch den Freizeitpark und den dünnen Wänden. Schockiert war ich als ich erfahren habe, dass die Kinder noch extra zu bezahlen sind.. So habe ich noch knapp 400 Euro bezahlen müssen... Ich habe bei booking com gebucht.. Ein Famienzimmer mit einer Verbindungstür Alter der Kinder angegeben.. Es waren nur die 2 Erwachsenen und die 4 Betten bezahlt jedoch das Essen der Kinder nicht.. Abzocke : ich buche schon so lange aber das war schäbig

Positiv:: Die Lage war gut. Nahe am Strand. Der Strand ist schön. Das Wasser ist klar. Liegen für 13,50 Euro.

Negativ:: Niemlas 4 Sterne. Weder in Spanien noch in der Schweiz von wo wir kommen. Das Buffet war im vergleich zum Essen in den Restaurants nicht wirklich gut. Das Personal aber kann hier nichts für.

Positiv:: Overall, the resort was great for my little kids (10 and 13). The 3D games and water park was very entertaining. The family suite rooms were somewhat small, but comfortable. The meals were excellent and had many options to choose from during breakfast, lunch and dinner. Evening activities and the pool were also nice.

Negativ:: I didn’t like the fact that I was being charged additional charges from what the booking.com website provided. I spent almost 3 hours at the front desk on the phone with booking.com and the hotel management as they wanted me to pay an additional 1600€ on top of the 1100€ that I already paid. My kids missed the first evening dinner and all activities due to this problem. After arguing back for forth for 3 hours, and my kids just needing a place to rest after a long flight, I just paid an additional 1000€ at the front desk. Another couple was going through the exact same thing which is a racket! The desk clerk said that we should have used the company website, then we could have avoided these charges.

Positiv:: Die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des gesamten Personals im Hotel! Die Abwechslung der Buffets und die Qualität des Essens. Für die Kinder war immer was geboten und es gab immer was zu entdecken. Der Park nebenan war auch ganz toll gestaltet!!

Negativ:: Eine gewisse Grundsauberkeit war vorhanden, die Reinigung der Zimmer entsprach aber nicht einem 4* Hotel. Es wurden Betten gemacht und ausgekehrt. Die langen schwarzen Haare vom Vorgänger hingen am Tag unserer Abreise leider immer noch am Badewannenrand. Des Weiteren war die Lage nicht so optimal. Ein Familienhotel inmitten der Partyhochburg der Engländer. Die Nächte waren sehr laut und von Gebrüll und Gesang betrunkener Jugendlicher geprägt.

Negativ:: Es waren sehr viele Jugendliche die nur Party machten und sehr laut waren!

Positiv:: Very nice pool, reception area and the bar. Very good breakfast with wide food selection. Very kind and professional staff.

Negativ:: Very strong smell of moist in the room, specially in the wardrobe...we couldn't keep our clothes inside.

Positiv:: Hotel and Rooms were really clean Location was great. It was close enough to the beach and strip but far enough away to not be disturbed by noise. 104 Bus stop to Palma or Santa ponsa 1 minute from hotel and the western waterpark is within walkable distance of 10 minutes. Pirates show and gringo bingo was 2 minutes walk away. And there were plenty of shops and bars to choose from.

Negativ:: Only a few notable things 1. Food Not great for vegetarians - there was 6 in our party and there was plenty of choice for 4 of us except for the 2 vegetarians. 2. Glasses in the restaurant are really dirty not just once but every meal time 3. Entertainment activities were advertised but didn't happen like aqua aerobics or water polo and the evening entertainment wasnt great. 4. Staff on the whole were okay and the security guard was very friendly

Positiv:: Very nice staff - thats the best about the hotel , plus good breakfast , location is ok as well - close to the beach and water park ( you can get a very good deal 5 days in western park for 30e )

Negativ:: - overpriced for the quality of the hotel - need to be refurbished for sure ( old furniture , security depo not even on the code but big key ) - one of the room we got had terrible smell from the wardrobe ( thx to nice staff we could change the room ) - no refrigerator in the room - in canteen sometimes hard to find a clean table in busy period ( staff did the best ) - I would think twice if you want to come here with small kids ( plenty of young drunk guys- evening time )

Positiv:: Our room was very nice, and well-equipped. Furthermore, the hotel it is located close to the central area, allowing the resisdents to reach the clubs just walking. Another good thing is the 24/7 check-in, as a lot of planes land at late hours at Palma de Mallorca airport.

Negativ:: Some desserts were not so tasty, and other main meals as well. Moreover, dinner was supposed to be included, but we were charged for beverages separately. It should be better specified

Positiv:: Got an upgrade to the 4star hotel next to this hotel, Atlantic park

Negativ:: There was not too much option on food for vegetarian people at the dinner buffet

Positiv:: Frühstück war ok aber es besteht Verbesserungsmöglichkeit.. Die Lage war gut ! Es war ruhig und nur 10 Gehminuten von der Partymeile entfernt! Total machbar und angenehm! Sehr nette Rezeption, und FAST das ganze restliche Personal.

Negativ:: Für eine Partymeile müssten die Hotels damit rechnen, dass Lärm entsteht bzw die Leute die ein Hotel in Magaluf buchen müssen sich bewusst sein, dass die Nacht sehr laut ist. Der Sicherheitsmann jedoch hat sehr respektlos mit uns geredet. Dies WEIL EINER VON UNS (4) SCHLUCKAUF HATTE und wir uns auf dem Balkon befanden nach dem Party-machen, kicherten und normal redeten. Lautstärke nichts im Vergleich zu anderem Nachtlärm, denn die Wände sind so dünn mann hört sogar die Nachbarn von anderen Stockwerken. . nuje.. Ich verstehe dass er sein Job macht und für Ruhe sorgen soll, jedoch wäre das auf einer höflichen und respektvolleren Art auch gegangen !! Das Hotel müsste sich eventuell überlegen dem Sicherheitsmann Manieren beizubringen, schließlich zahlen wir als Clienten für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt und nicht um wie Hunde behandelt zu werden. Mein Freund ist selbst Security in einem Nachtklub und deswegen weiß ich, dass alles auch höflich geht wenn MAN(N) möchte!!

Positiv:: hotel was clean and easy good location. It’s pretty decent especially for the price.

Negativ:: The staff were okay but needs a little finesse on customer service. We were locked in wearing these bright green bracelets the entire 7 days so they know who has access to breakfast in the morning but you cant take these off so u literally wear it on you the whole time... i find this quite annoying. The bed and the pillows were also not the most comfortable but then again im just being picky. The egg chef also doesnt bother asking what kind of eggs u like.. he makes some people omelette while we always get the runny sunny side shoved in our plates LOL

Positiv:: My friend and I stayed at HSM Don Juan for 6 days in September. Great location, 5 min walk from the beach, a delicious continental breakfast buffet is provided every morning, outdoor pool, polite and friendly staff. Higly recommended.

Positiv:: Pool area was good. The cleanliness of the room was OK, towels were changed daily. The location of the hotel was good also, enough parking places around the hotel. Foods were more or less good but at other hotels (same category) where we've been there was better. Cakes were very good. Air condition in the room was good. Wi-fi internet is good.

Negativ:: We booked with breakfast and dinner. Very small glasses for drinks in the restaurant at the breakfast (they make sure that you drink as less as possible...), no free water or other drinks for dinner, 1 glass of pepsi is 3,15 eur. No vegetables for breakfast but a lot of bakery food. A lot of plates were dirty or used. Some persons from staff were not nice to us. The room is small. No fridge (even a small fridge would be useful for water...). The leg of the bed was broken. Not related to the hotel but watch out for your car if you park around the hotel. Our car was damaged during night.

Positiv:: Staff were all really good.. Leonard the security and Raquel the bar staff stood out for us.. but cant fault any staff who dealt with us.. room were comfy clean..

Negativ:: The 9th floor .. view brilliant.. but scary as hell if you don't like hieghts

Negativ:: There was only instant coffee at breakfast, no espresso, not even americano was an option. And the bar serving real coffee only opens at 10am. Luckily there are cantinas nearby where we could get it every morning. The furniture and fittings were of very poor quality. There was no option to postpone /skip room cleaning, which I'd have preferred, as we didn't spend much time in the room, we could ease the staff's duties and be more eco-friendly as well.

Negativ:: Beim Abendessen keine Getränke inklusive. Das Zimmer wurde nie richtig sauber gemacht

Negativ:: The staff were very rude and we were made to pay an extra £128 when that was not agreed at the time of the booking.

Positiv:: Staff of bar, dining and reception were very welcome and nice.

Negativ:: Rooms could be cleaned properly at least every second day. In 7 days of staying no one even moped the floor in the room, no one even checked the balcony.

Positiv:: Gute Betten. Nicht durchgelegen. Eine gewisse Härte. Sehr gutes Frühstücksbuffet mit frischem Obst. Und reichhaltigem Süßspeisenangebot.

Positiv:: Die Zimmer sind ok und die Lage ist in Ordnung. Parkplätze findet man meist direkt vorm Hotel.

Negativ:: Die Zimmer sind sehr hellhörig. Viele Russische Besucher die sehr Laut waren. Animation bis 24 Uhr - sodass man davor kein Auge zumachen kann. Das Büfett ist in Ordnung. Tische werden langsam abgeräumt, bei einem ungedeckten Tisch würden wir aufgefordert ihn selbst einzudecken.

Positiv:: The staff was amazing. Clean room. The food was good.

Positiv:: The staff really make this hotel! They go beyond the call of duty to ensure you have a great stay. The pool is great, nice and deep, although you have to be down before ten if you want any chance of getting a sun lounger around the pool. There are additional loungers on the cliffside, so there was always somewhere to laze in the Majorcan sun! The rooms were spacious and spotlessly clean.

Negativ:: The only negatives about the hotel was; 1. The lack of choice at dinner. The salad bar was delicious, but the mains were limited and not the best quality. 2. The lack of air conditioning in the bedroom. Though, we were provided with a standing fan, which helped.

Positiv:: Das Essen war morgens wie auch am Abend hervorragend. Damit hat das Hotel einiges gut gemacht. Die Betten waren nämlich total durchgelegen. Mir ist bei der Buchung leider nicht aufgefallen das das Hotel keine Klimaanlage in den Zimmern hat und der Deckenventilator war bei über 35 Grad nur ein kleiner Trost. Ohne Balkontür zu öffnen war schlafen nicht möglich. Wer dann natürlich Probleme hat bei Geräuschkulisse einzuschlafen hat hier ein Problem. Aber man muss sagen, dass das Hotel wunderschön an der Klippe liegt und die Aussicht vom Balkon sowie auf den Terrassenähnlichen Liegebereichen hervorragend ist.

Negativ:: Hitze im Zimmer Betten Fussbodenheizung im Bad ließ sich nicht abstellen

Positiv:: das Frühstücks und abendbüffet viele an auswahl war ausreichend und lecker

Negativ:: die nachbargäste waren laut haben die türen geknallt

Negativ:: For this price (125 euro per room/night) NOT. Good choice of food for breaktfast and dinnger BUT very often poor quality. Hotel needs a reconstruction.

Negativ:: Receptionists was unfriendly since we arrived. Room was dirty, dusts on wardrobe and walls. Was no any cutle and cups for tea in room. Hotel doesn't have parking. Our room was in seperate building, had all the time go to main hotel block for breakfast or dinner.

Positiv:: The air conditioner in the lobby was a nice amenity considering the rooms do not have AC.

Negativ:: The hotel didn’t have AC. The mattress for the beds were hard and very uncomfortable. If you are walking the magaluf area the hotel is also located at the top of hill. The hill becomes old after the 2nd night of drinking.

Negativ:: Staff were rude, anytime we had an issue Staff and security made it feel like they didn’t want to accept the fact that this hotel is for young people as it is literally right on the strip! For example you have to be silent after midnight even though the strip is so loud that it doesn’t matter if you’re being loud!

Positiv:: live dj round the pool through the day, atmosphere was good! Hotels location was right in the heart of everything, such short walks to shops, bars, restaurant and Magaluf strip. Rooms were clean, modern and nicely decorated and beds super soft and comfy. sea view balcony superb!

Positiv:: Great location and facilities were very good! Enjoyed that the beach was a 2 minute walk from my room and the nightlife was situated at a good distance so noise was kept to a minimum.

Positiv:: Comfortable room. Centrally located. On the beachfront. Nice staff. Generally a good hotel, if a tad overpriced for what you get. I’ve definitely been to worse hotels.

Negativ:: It’s a stretch to advertise as a ‘spa hotel’ when the ‘spa’ facilities are so limited. The pool area is very small so don’t come here if you want to sit by a pool. For a 4 star hotel, the food selection was somewhat limited and not the highest quality.

Positiv:: We enjoyed our stay. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Location is amazing, we stayed in a room with the sea view so we could hear the waves at night which was so relaxing. It’s also one minute away from all the nightlife but you cannot really hear any noise from the streets in your room (there was some shouting at night from the beach but it didn’t bother us too much)

Negativ:: The food was good, the only wish maybe if they could have some fresh juice and more fruits but other than that we were happy with our stay

Negativ:: The personal did not seem professional. We got a problem with one girl from Colombia on the breakfast that confused us with another girls and accused us of taking a dinner in the hotel. I reported this in Reception, but no one came to apology about this, it was really embarrass and we were hoping an apology from someone. This has never happened in another Hotel to me, it was really weird and uncomfortable.

Negativ:: We got a free upgrade to have a sea view room, and the only problem about the room was the balcony there was a big tree right above us so there was bird droping everywhere and also the amount of ants that they were it just loos like the balcony needed a good scrub we couldnt sit out there!

Positiv:: Das Hotel hat eine perfekte Lage, die Zimmer waren mit großartigem Meerblick und das Reinigungspersonal der Zimmer waren sehr zuvorkommend; die Zimmer wurden täglich sehr gut gereinigt

Negativ:: Das Frühstücksbuffet war miserabel...Eierspeisen waren teilweise grün angelaufen und das Frühstückspersonal war täglich schlecht gelaunt. Wir wurden jeden Tag von der Terrasse geschmissen..zum Glück hatten wir nur mit Frühstück gebucht. Des Weiteren war wie in den meisten Hotels ein Zettel bezüglich Umwelt schonen und Handtuchwäsche im Bad angebracht...dies wollten wir gerne unterstützen - benötigten nicht täglich frische Handtücher - obwohl diese nicht auf dem Boden lagen erhielten wir jeden Tag Frische...dies fand ich etwas sinnlos.

Positiv:: Thanks very much for a comfortable stay. The location is outstanding for the beach (couldn’t be closer) and the nightlife, being about 3/4 minutes from Magaluf strip.

Positiv:: We stayed at the Caribe-building room 201 and we had big terrace balcony. The seaview was amazing and worth paying for. Without the seaview this hotel is just an average and basic hotel. Magaluf beach was very nice and good for swimming. Also not too grouded. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby.

Negativ:: Breakfast was quite poor and they use plastic cups. Coffee was bad and fruits were from can, not fresh. The pool was really tiny, we didn't fit there at any day we stayed at the hotel. Magaluf is a big party zone filled with young party groups. Discos everywhere.

Negativ:: Viele grölende junge Engländer! Kurze Ruhephase zwischen 7.30 und 10.30... Vorschlag: Einglasscheiben in den Zimmern gegen mindesten zweiglasige tauschen. Im Rezeptions - und foodbereich war die Klimaanlage viel zu kalt eingestellt.

Positiv:: At the beggining i was a little bit skeptical of this hotel,since i have read all the comments from here. But anyway, i decided to book it because of the location, price and facilities. It was worth it. We receive a great room, with sea view and pool view. During the night it was very quiet. The food was very tasty, especially the mexican dinner. The staff was very friendly and helped us everytime when we needed. If you are a couple or a group of friends , i definitely recommend this place. Also for a family is great , because you will have all inclusive at a decent price, a very modern apartment and the stuff organises always games for children.

Positiv:: Das Essen war sehr gut und ausreichend. Die Zimmer waren sauber und die Lage des Zimmers war relativ ruhig. Am Pool wurde immer für Unterhaltung gesorgt.

Negativ:: Es gab kein deutsches Fernsehen. Der Zimmerservice war nicht besonders aufmerksam, wir hatten kein Toilettenpapier. Die Handtücher wurden einmal nicht gewechselt.

Positiv:: Unser Zimmer war super modern und top sauber. Im Vergleich zu anderen Hotels waren wir positiv überrascht. Da wir vor den Frühstückszeiten abgereist sind, haben wir sogar ein kleines Frühstück mitbekommen. In 5 Minuten ist man am Strand. Trotz der Größe des Hotels, haben wir uns nicht von irgendwas gestört gefühlt..

Negativ:: Parkplätze sind etwas Mangelware und müssen in der Umgebung gesucht werden.

Positiv:: The rooms were big and bright and offered a lot of space. Style of the hotel is young and fresh. Everything looks quite new. Not far to the beach or the “strip”. Good and loud music, a lot of young British people - if you are looking for a resting and chill place you should definitely consider going somewhere else.

Negativ:: The food was low quality and everything was either from the day before or came out of the freezer. Not much variety. Drinks were bad mixed - a big plastic waste with the cups.

Positiv:: The pool area is quite entertaining with music and a bar.

Negativ:: The check-in took about an hour. The hotel is fairly busy with usually only one or two staff members at reception so you can wait about half an hour to actually be attended to. Water was randomly cut off during the stay without notice. I would imagine for such an exclusive hotel they should be more attentive at reception especially since they consider themselves a 4 star hotel, and overall value for money there are cheaper more highly rates hotels in the area.

Negativ:: - Dir Personal, die nachts arbeiten - kein Parkplatz in der Nähe vom Hotel zu finden ist - Wir wurden am ersten Tag von paar Kakerlaken begrüßt - Das Hotel und unser Zimmer stinkt unglaublich unangenehm nach Putzmittel - um Hotel zu Fuß zu erreichen, muss man 10 Minuten bergauf laufen - Trotz unserer Frage haben wir keine Decke bekommen - Frühstück: frisch gemachte Omelette, allerdings waren die anderen Sachen nicht besonders qualitativ , Kaffee und Tee waren katastrophal schlecht

Positiv:: Besonders gefallen haben mir der Outdoorbereich und die Inneneinrichtung. Hierbei haben mich besonders die Bilder von diversen DJ's angesprochen.

Negativ:: Meines Erachtens nach, ist ein Fahrstuhl je Gebäudekomplex zu wenig und kostet die Besucher unverhältnismäßig viel Zeit, da alternativ die Treppenaufgänge an jeweils beiden Seiten der Gebäude sind.

Positiv:: The rooms were very cute, served purpose, slightly smaller than the pictures

Negativ:: We had a problem with the ceiling of our shower, it seems the shower above us had a leak and the ceiling of ours was rotting and water came through, however the issue was fixed as soon as possible after it was raised.

Negativ:: Staff were awful and very rude especially the dark haired woman who works behind the bar in the hotel! Very rude whilst ordering your drink and when she passes it you she’s also the slowest bar woman I’ve ever come across!!

Positiv:: Brilliant location right by the strip, huge pool and good all food and drink!

Negativ:: The all inclusive drinks finished at 8 which for a party hotel especially this was quite early

Positiv:: Die Lage ist zum feiern gut und zum Strand ist es auch nicht so weit.

Negativ:: Puh,da gibt es einiges! Das Licht im Lift ist immer ausgefallen,die Spiegel im Lift sind gebrochen und nur mit Klebeband wieder verklebt worden. Die Zimmer sind groß aber sowas von verlebt! Türen schließen nicht mehr, bei allen Möbeln platzt der Lack ab oder das Holz ist komplett aufgeweicht, Silikonfugen wurden sehr schlecht neu gemacht und überall setzt sich Schimmel und dreck ab, bei einer Tür war der Scharnier rausgebrochen. Die Zimmer waren sehr dreckig!!!! Alles voll mit Haaren. Allgemein werden die Zimmer wohl nur alle 2 Tage „gesäubert“,wobei das unter aller Sau ist! Obwohl wir Bettlaken und Handtücher zum wechseln hingelegt haben,wurden sie nicht getauscht...viel schlimmer,sie wurden einfach wieder aufs Bett aufgezogen und hingehängt!!! Von all inclusive kann man auch nicht richtig sprechen. Nicht eine Bar hatte in dem Hotel auf! Wir mussten immer über die Straße und beim anderen Hotel essen und Getränke holen...diese durfte man dann auch nur auf dem Gelände trinken und nicht mit zu unserem Hotel nehmen!!! Geht gar nicht! Auch in dem anderen Hotel war keine Bar auf sondern nur die Zapfsäulen beim Buffet waren auf...2 Zapfsäulen mit Bier für ein paar hundert Menschen!!! Leider kann ich nur 4 Bilder hier reinstellen,es gibt noch viele mehr! Dieses Hotel ist sein Geld definitiv nicht wert!!

Positiv:: 1) THE FOOD WAS REALLY VERY GOOD AND ALWAYS DIFFERENT. (ALL INKLUSIVE). The stuff in the kitchen is working so fast, u don't have to wait for some more (fruits and so on) or to stay at a dirty table. What about them, it was all SUPER! 2) It wasn't so far away from the beach, that was really good, something like 3-4 minutes. 3) Near to the different shops and bars, restaurants. 4) The stuff tries to help u if u have questions.

Negativ:: Because of many young people, It was so noisy there, they were screaming always and doing strange stuff. I would say it isn't so safety there. We couldn't sleep at all and the security didn't do anything. So good that we were there just for 3 nights, otherwise I don't even know how we could stay there further. I would say, it is a good place for whose who want parties all night along and very bad for families.

Negativ:: everyday i try to sleep but i can’t because people scream and shouting and speak so lowed, so i could have a Good sleep while i’m staying there because people were crazy

Positiv:: Felt like we was in a prison camp. All inclusive was restricted for selected meal times only, nothing available between those times. No snack bar. Often only one person on the bar with a one drink only policy per person drinks finished at 9pm. Pool didn’t open until 11am.

Positiv:: Food and drinks were good. Hotel was clean and staff was fine and helpful.

Negativ:: Very noisy neighbours who were making noise every night. Drunk neighbour's spoiling sleep in the middle of the night by unnecessarily calling on phone. No replies to multiple emails or calls regarding booking or questions asked about the hotel about continous 2 months by the hotel staff. Even booking.com could not reach the hotel to clarify our concerns. Bed comforter was absent in the room.

Negativ:: Die Eingestellten für's putzen sollten sich etwaa mehr mühe geben zumindest den boden wischen und den bettbezug jeden morgen wechseln und von zweimal klopfen nicht einfach ins zimmer kommen kurz warten Ich war unter dusche und meine Frau am schlafen ansonsten nicht schlecht

Positiv:: Some of there rooms had some issues so we were offered to upgrade the the main BH Hotel. Proper decent there too!

Positiv:: There was an issue with our room in the BH apartment, so we got moved and upgraded to an all inclusive 4* hotel next door. Can't complain..

Positiv:: Good location, all inclusive had use of the BH facilities next door 9-9pm . Good variety of food and ask for a wine they fill the beaker that you must use and take everywhere with you or pass €1 if you lose it. Excellent value for money.

Negativ:: Huge building but layout inside is like a prison. it is painted an awful colour everywhere like a sea green, or duck egg. Very cold needs warmer , neutral tones. Also awful yellow coloured kitchens. Apartment is spacious but needs modernising.

Negativ:: all inclusive was not in the apartment block where we wer staying.. to get a free drink with our all inclusive band we had to walk half a mile

Positiv:: Das Essen war exzellent, es wurde immer nachgefüllt, grosse Auswahl und immer warm. Das Personal ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich.

Negativ:: Es ist unglaublich laut und sehr hellhörig, eine Nachtruhe existiert nicht und die Leute schreien die ganze Nacht durch. Aus der Lüftung roch es manchmal komisch. Das Buffet befindet sich in dem viel neueren und schöneren Gebäude nahe des appartements.

Positiv:: Die Zimmer sind sauber und für Gruppen optimal eingerichtet. Bad neu renoviert.

Negativ:: Wir (24 Pers.) wurden sehr unfreundlich empfangen und zu Beginn nicht beachtet. Check-In unnötig lange (1 Stunde). Jeder musste 30 Euro Deposit hinterlegen (in Bar und passend). Ausweise wurden für 1 Nacht einbehalten. Unnötig kompliziert und unfreundliche Behandlung.
