Positiv:: Had booked a deluxe room, after advising us that hotel is non smoking they put us in a room they was disgraceful. The room and whole 3rd floor reeked of cigarettes. We requested a move, no deluxe rooms available but we were happy to move to a standard room for the night and move again in the morning. No call or acknowledgment of a move the following morning. They then asked us to move out on the day before our departure as the hotel was full and they needed the room. Amatuer hour from the staff, mostly who were non responsive and far from helpful. On checkout they wanted me to pay for a deluxe room rate and for someone else's mini bar bill.

In dieser Zeit werden in Tower 1 keine Gäste untergebracht. Pool-Schließung - Die Wartung des Poolbereichs ist für den 16. bis 18. Juni 2019 geplant. Breakfast - great - just the right quality choices - coffee good - cannot say excellent as I am a Coffee Roaster!

Positiv:: early check -in was a blessing after red eye flight in from perth - albeit, the guy at reception did not want to have a bar but the another lady whom showed us where to stow luggage said there was a room we could book into early!!

Positiv:: I like to stay at apartments, rather than in hotel rooms. The apartment was mostly well equipped. The staff was helpful and friendly and tried to fix problems immediately. For me, the location was not a big problems since I could take the tram to down-town for business. However, it takes some time. The nearby lake is nice for running, and a suburban shopping area is in walking distance (about 20 minutes) .
