Negativ:: Leider ist der Straßenlärm ein Problem. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im hinteren Teil des Hotels. in der Nacht war es relativ ruhig. Am Morgen starten dann der Verkehrslärm.

Positiv:: Das Zimmer war sauber, die Betten sehr bequem. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Meersicht und Aussicht auf die Brücke, die sehr schön war. Die Fenster sind Schalldicht. Das Frühstück war sehr fein (Membrillo mit Frischkäse mmmh) und reichhaltig. Parkplätze stehen gratis im Innenhof zur Vergügung, was wir sehr geschätzt haben.

Negativ:: Das buchen über booking hat beim Einchecken für Verwirrung gesorgt. Gemäss Booking haben alle Zimmer Dusche, was jedoch nicht stimmt. Es sind noch nicht alle Zimmer renoviert worden. Wir durften in ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer Übernachten, das sehr modern war. Wir danken dem Personal für die Umbuchung und den Service.

Positiv:: Sehr geschmackvoll renovierte Zimmer. Auch wenn das Hotel nicht direkt am Strand liegt , ist die ruhige Lage in einem Pinienwald am Ortsrand wunderbar und extrem ruhig. Viele schöne Strände und Buchten in der Nähe. Alle Mitarbeiter des Hotels sind extrem hilfsbereit und freundlich, wodurch eine schöne Gesamtatmosphäre entsteht.

Negativ:: Alles war sehr gut.

Positiv:: The room. The swimming pool. Nice relaxing areas around the hotel. The staff were lovely and gave good information.

Negativ:: The breakfast was very bland. The coffee was not drinkable. The location is quite far away from restaurants and bars.

Positiv:: The check-in was very welcoming and was informative. Our Spanish is non-existent but the reception staff spoke good English. The bedroom - a double - had a double balcony and we could move between morning sun and afternoon sun, if required. However the pool area was really comfortable and readily accessible, with plenty of sunbeds. The outdoor pool is not heated (at least it didn't feel like it) but the water is warm enough and its very comfortable to cool down in. The Spa has a heated pool if you need it - but you'll have to pay for daily access to the spa. The Spa is well worth it but you might not want to go every day. It is due for renovations during Winter 2019-20. Breakfast was very good, but we always went down late (10am) and it was busy. We also ate dinner a few times in a lovely dining room separate from the breakfast room. The food was excellent with a variety of Spanish and international dishes - they start serving at 2045hrs. The bed in our room was so comfortable - it had a mattress topper which adds to the comfort. Air conditioning worked well, but you can also open the windows when its not too hot, which it wasn't (22C) when we were there. There is ample seating around the hotel to read and relax. There are plenty of car parking spaces, with spillover spaces near the road and across the road. You need to pay a deposit for a safe key. You also can request pool towels. Swimming caps are required for the indoor pool and spa. This is not a very big hotel and that was a big attraction. They provide a very personal service in the hotel, and the staff are very friendly.

Negativ:: We chose not to hire a car and we don't mind walking - but some people may find the location a disadvantage. A car is recommended if you want to visit multiple beaches and tour O Grove peninsula. We simply walked everywhere, and there is a local bus to O Grove. So this isn't a negative, just an observation.

Positiv:: Nice family run hotel in a great location for enjoying the beautiful landscape of O Grove peninsula. We had a very comfortable room with good beds and excellent bathroom. Staff are friendly and helpful and the food is good. Beautiful pool in the garden.

Negativ:: I found it strange that we were not provided with free water and had to pay for the use of swimming pool towels. The WiFi is pretty slow.

Negativ:: There was a little misunderstanding at check -out. There was restaurant item added to our bill we had not used. Receptionist was bit surprised I was not willing to pay for something I had no consumed. Finally this item was removed from the bill and even few cups of tea we had consumed was not added to my bill, so the cost was finally even lower I expected. This was the only situation I did not like, all the rest – great vacation In Hotel Spa Atlantico. I do recommend.

Positiv:: Loved the location, the large garden that meandered down to the shoreline, and wasn't so 'manicured' that you could really feel out in an open space without leaving the hotel grounds

Negativ:: WiFi connection not great from the room. Good hotel but find it a bit overpriced - even knowing it was high season. However would still recommend.

Negativ:: The reception staff left a lot to be desired. We had problems checking in and checking out. They couldn’t actually tell us what the problems were but it took a very long time. Check in time was from 2pm onwards. We arrived at 4pm after a very long drive to be told that our room wouldn’t be ready for another hour. There was no apology or offer of refreshments. There was generally no one on the desk if you needed anything. On more than one occasion they were outside having a cigarette which looks really unprofessional. There was no offer of local information or what to see and do in the area. I also felt very sorry for the goldfish in a bowl on the reception desk as the water was so dirty we could barely see them . Also, the photography of the hotel is quite misleading. It looks as though you are right near the beach but there is actually a busy road between the two.

Positiv:: Sehr gutes Frühstück, was ausgezeichnet präsentiert wurde. Ganztägig Gratis Wasser und Kaffee aus der Nespressomaschine. Ausgezeichnete Lage am tollen Strand. Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiterinnen.

Negativ:: Alle Zimmer scheinen behindertengerecht zu sein, was im Bad für Nicht-Behinderte nachteilig ist: Spiegel zu niedrig, Waschbecken zu niedrig und zu klein. Keine Liegen oder Handtücher für den Strand. Keinerlei Snacks oder Essen außer dem Frühstück

Negativ:: Unfortunately our room was linked to a family room only separated by a door so it was incredibly noisy. This had a knock on effect on our rest. For the price we paid, we would have expected a quiet room.

Negativ:: The noise of traffic was high. Too much traffic in the road near the Hotel which can be heard clearly inside the rooms. No cafeteria in the hotel which is quite strange being it a 4 star hotel.

Negativ:: Wir hatten 7 Tage gebucht, wurden aber nach einer Nacht umquartiert. Grund war nicht zu erfahren. Personal war zwar freundlich aber nicht professionell. Das nicht englisch gesprochen wurde, wäre auch kein Kritikpunkt gewesen, so weit im Norden Spaniens aber das Personal konnte uns auch am Computer nicht übersetzen (oder wollte auch nicht), warum wir das Hotel verlassen müssen. Ansonsten Zimmer normal; Bad keine Ablagemöglichkeiten, W-LAN funktionierte nicht. Der Zimmersafe wurde uns auf Nachfrage ins Zimmer gestellt. Hätte auch jeder raustragen können. Straße davor laut, Nachts Fenster auf, geht nicht, zu laut. Frühstück war aber gut, auch ein hübscher Frühstücksraum. Betten auch wunderbar. Das neue Hotel war zwar besser, war wirklich 4 Sterne Hotel aber es war nicht das, was wir wollten. (Kleineres Hotel mit Strandlage) Fazit: kein 4 Sterne Hotel,zur Durchreise 2-3 Tage geeignet aber längeren Urlaub für uns keine Option mehr. Würde das Hotel nicht weiter empfehlen!

Positiv:: Die Lage und das Panorama war toll.

Negativ:: Da den Zimmer Preis schon hoch ist für eine nacht, finde ich frech das man den SPA Eintritt zahlen muss .

Positiv:: Wunderschöne Aussicht in die Meeresbucht mit Fischern und starken Gezeitenwandel. Toller Pool und Gartenliegen.

Negativ:: Obwohl genug Personal ist es schwierig in englischer Sprache zu kommunizieren, keine mehrsprachige Speisekarte im Restaurant.

Positiv:: The hotel is very grand in that "yester-year" sort of way - big salons and dining rooms, lush grounds. We loved our stay on the island. It's very relaxing and just a quick ride into O Grove for more restaurant options. The place was empty in early July, but we found out that things really pick up starting mid-July. We were glad to have the place to ourselves.

Negativ:: My manicure at the spa was just ok. It was technically a "hand treatment," not really worth the price.

Positiv:: Super Frühstück direkt am Meer. Alles Tip Top! Echte 5-Sterne. Parkplatz kostenlos direkt am Eingang. Klasse Pool.

Positiv:: Location, climatized pool, super friendly and profesional staff, agreement with local golf courses, breakfast... almost perfect!

Negativ:: Bathroom needs an update, uncomfortable manual blinds on room, and small TV.

Positiv:: Super Frühstück (auch auf der Terasse möglich), riesiger beheizter Aussenpool (wir waren täglich schwimmen der Pool war immer zwischen 28 und 32 Grad warm), unser Zimmer lag über dem Haupteingang der Balkon war trotzdem gut nutzbar und ab ca. 23 h war sowieso totale Ruhe. Das WLAN hat im Zimmer gut funktioniert, am Pool aber eher nicht. Ich würde das Hotel wieder buchen.

Negativ:: Es gab nicht einen deutschen Fernsehkanal

Positiv:: The 2 swimming pools are nice. We recommend you to take your dinner at the hotel. Miguel will propose you good seafood and wines too. Room staff are very kind and helpful.

Negativ:: La Terasse service like last year was awful. This year it was the worst experience not acceptable for a 5 stars. Only 1 employee ables to take order and deliver food. 2h of waiting. Many customers were not happy and one of them requested Chef to apologise...

Positiv:: The hotel is located in a very nice area with great views. The rooms were clean and the breakfast was very good with great service.

Negativ:: The hotel was generally good but upon arrival I was greeted and everything was prepared for me to check in. When I entered the room I find out that the beds were not as requested so I went back to change the room. The receptionist then changed my room but again when I entered the room it wasn’t what i requested and paid for. I go again to change the room and this time the receptionist was encountering some problems to change my room because he couldn’t find a room according to what i paid. After a few trial and errors he managed to find a room however, when i entered the room it was not prepared. There was a mirror on the bed holding the curtains. It seemed that the doors were recently painted as there was a slight smell of paint in the room. I paid for a room with sea view and a terrace but there was no terrace. After waiting at least 30 minutes to be checked in and given wrong rooms at least 3 times, the hotel staff offered nothing in compensation for all of this.

Positiv:: Perfekte ruhige Lage, sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Reichliches Frühstück. Sehr schöne SPA.

Negativ:: Im Allgemein fällt Wartung überall, im Zimmer konnte man der Kühlschrank nicht aufmachen, eine Tür (möbelbar) kaputt, Zimmer war kalt, aber wir haben sofort ein Heizkörper bekommen. Im SPA, meisten Düsen funktionsunfähig, schade!, ein bisschen Pflege hat gefällt.

Positiv:: Had a wonderful holiday. Travelled in low season when many local busineses were closed but didn't miss much because buffet breakfast and dinner menu had excellent choice. Hotel staff was amazing and made everybody feel welcome. Overall perfect place for relaxing break especially if you enjoy walking/hiking and nature/wildlife. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

Negativ:: The water in the outdoor jacuzzi was dirty and smelling bery bad. We stayed out of the room from 10:00 to 15:00h, but the room was not cleaned and the towels not changed.

Negativ:: Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Dachfenster

Positiv:: Die Unterkunft liegt im Zentrum von O Grove. Zum Hafen sind es nur wenige Meter. Am Hafen gibt es viele kostenfreie Parkplätze. Am Hafen und den anliegenden Straßen gibt es Restaurants, Cafes, Geschäfte, etc. Alles liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Hotel.

Negativ:: Bei dem Hotel handelt es sich um ein normales Urlaubshotel. Es gibt ein reichhaltiges Frühstücksbuffet. Die angebotenen Lebensmittel waren von durchschnittlicher Qualität. Der Ausblick aus unserem Zimmer ging in eine Nebenstraße. Wir hatten keinen Balkon. Das Zimmer war eher klein und die Sauberkeit (unter dem Bett, an den Wänden, in Schrank und Tresor, etc.) lies zu wünschen übrig. Das Bad war sauber. Die Gebühren für Sauna, Dampfbad, Whirlpool fanden wir mit 19 Euro pro Person für zwei Stunden als zu hoch. Leider mussten wir am Anreisetag feststellen, dass das Hotel für 79.- Euro pro Nacht inklusive Frühstücksbuffet für zwei Personen buchbar ist und wir im Vorfeld zu Zweit für zwei Tage 278.- Euro bezahlt hatten. 278.- Euro war es definitiv nicht wert!

Positiv:: Das Frühstück war recht gut, aber für ein Hotel der Katerogie nur durchschnittlich. Die Lage in der Nähe des Hafens war gut.

Negativ:: Zimmer dunkel, die Wohnungen der Nachbarhäuser lagen 5m gegenüber der Zimmerfenster und ließen in beide Richtungen frei Blicke zu, Vorhänge musste man schließen. Aufgrund der engen Straße nachts sehr laut. In der Hotelkaterogie keine kostenfreie Flasche Wasser.

Positiv:: Sehr nettes Personal an der Rezeption. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen. Schönes, grosses Zimmer.

Positiv:: The spa is really nice, great terrace view, friendly staff and excellent location.

Negativ:: The parking lot can be a bit tricky but experinced drivers can manage.

Positiv:: The Hotel Norat Marina and Spa four star provided excellent base to walk the O Grove coast line. The hotel underground car park would accommodate approximately ten cars. Note that it would be advisable to reserve parking when booking. The hotel was located a five minute walk from the town restaurants and bus station. During our seven day stay we did not use the car and travelled to our walking locations by the Grobus. Note that at the end of our walk we used the bus via a stop further round the coast. Each journey was one euro for advanced tickets and one euro forty cents for tickets purchased on the bus. Note that we found excellent fish restaurants to take lunch during our walk around the O Grove Coast. The hotel breakfast was excellent providing food for all taste and fresh strawberries each morning. The superior room with balcony and partial sea view was clean and provided all that was required. The staff were friendly and helpful.

Negativ:: No criticisms as I was satisfied.

Positiv:: My only complaint is the smell in the room, I’m not sure if it was from the sheets, the carpet or both. Other than that everything was fine the staff is great and we really like the bar and restaurant.

Negativ:: They offered a room with views and didn’t provide so, plus didn’t asume any responsibility at all, that was quite unfair and disappointing!

Positiv:: Big room, very comfy with a huge balcony. The bathroom is big but didn't have toilet paper holder and there wasn't a holder for the hand towels (not that it matters but they are little things to improve considering the bathroom has been done new). The drinks and food are good and all the staff are lovely.

Negativ:: Next to a busy road that goes through the village. At 2am still cars running up and down on the road. Very noisy. The rooms are tiny, very basic but clean. Although apparently the aircon was installed last year it hardly produced any cool air and it was very noisy. Apparently they do gluten free meals but when we wanted to have the dinner they gave us a Spanish menu. We did not find any member of staff in the hotel who could speak 2 words of English so we could not even address our problems to anyone. We decided to check out after the first night and find another hotel.

Positiv:: The staff was absolutely nice and welcoming. They made it easy for us to check out a tiny bit later than we should have Excellent location

Negativ:: The overall hotel is a bit old. It was not well isolated (we could hear everyone on the other rooms) and the beds were not really comfortable Parking is impossible (not the hotel's fault though)

Positiv:: Nice modern rooms. Good Breakfast included

Positiv:: Location excellent. Family room was large and very clean. Staff very nice and extremely helpful. Facilities and restaurant exactly as you would expect for this Grade of hotel. No frills but what was there was done very well.

Negativ:: No English spoken but we didn't really expect it in a primarily Spanish resort. The staff were very good and we got by ok with my son's school Spanish.

Negativ:: Bed way too hard for me.

Positiv:: The location beachfront, no other buildings around, super comfortable room with terrace to a great view of full Lanzada Beach. Very clean, helpful staff, parking on site, everything was great!

Positiv:: Location right by the beach - just wonderful. Food was generally good and value for money.

Negativ:: Very little not to like. Staff were attentive and put things right where we pointed out the need to.

Positiv:: Hier hat alles gepasst. Sehr freundliches Personal, tolle komfortable Zimmer, Sauberkeit. Ein Frühstück auf der Terrasse, bei dem man sich aussuchen konnte, was man essen wollte. (kein Buffet). Wir waren in der Vorsaison, daher haben wir noch einen guten Preis erhalten. Das Wetter war auch wundervoll, daher war der Aufenthalt nicht zu toppen...bis auf den kalten Nordwind. Aber auch dem kann man in einer geschützten Lage wunderbar entkommen.

Negativ:: bei einer 10 gibt es nichts, was ich hier hinzufügen könnte

Positiv:: Die Aussicht von der Terrasse vom Zimmer ist phänomenal das Personal ist freundlich und zuvorkommend es ist immer wieder schön in diesem Hotel Urlaub zu verbringen das Frühstück ist reichlich und von erlesener Qualität vielen herzlichen Dank für die schönen Tage!

Negativ:: Personal müsste englisch sprechen

Positiv:: Für ein 3 Sterne Haus stimmt hier einfach alle. Das Frühstück lässt keine Wünsche offen, frisches Brot,Schinken,Käse, Früchte oder frisch gepresster Orangensaft. Die Lage ist sehr schön, direkt am langen Strand. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit.

Negativ:: nichts

Positiv:: The hotel was great value for money! We could sunbathe on the balcony during the day and enjoy the evening in either the hotel restaurant or one of the bars nearby. The room had a lovely view of the beach and Ons Island and was right next to various hiking routes. The staff were incredible friendly and the breakfast was excellent.

Negativ:: The food in the hotel was fine, but a bit expensive. I would have liked a few more options for vegeterians.

Positiv:: Die liebevolle Bedienung beim Frühstück und im Restaurant durch Ivan sowie die Lage fernab vom Mainstream . Wir kennen das Samar aus 2017 und haben auch diesmal nach unser Pilgerzeit Ruhe und Entspannung gefunden und konnten die Seele baumeln lassen.

Negativ:: Da war so ein Geräusch, dass temporär auch bei nicht in Betrieb befindlicher Klimaanlage aus dem Bereich der Lüftungsschlitze kam. Und wir hätten auch wegen unserer frühzeitigen Mail und Buchung unser Zimmer aus 2017 o.ä. gehabt, zumal meine Partnerin behindert ist.

Negativ:: Too noisy inside our bedroom we could ear everything that was happening in the corridor, the internet was always going down, the products served at breakfast weren't very good the bed was uncomfortable

Positiv:: Das Frühstück war in Ordnung, auch wenn die Auswahl nicht sehr groß war (eine Sorte Käse, eine Sorte Wurst, dafür Obst, Kaffee, Tee etc.). Die Aussicht unseres Zimmers war traumhaft, der Balkon lag Richtung Meer, und da dieses auf der anderen Seite der Straße ist: besser ging es nicht!. Vom Hotel lässt sich eigentlich alles in O'Grove schnell erreichen. Die Lage ist sehr gut!

Positiv:: Schön renovierter Frühstücksraum und Balkone mit freier Sicht aufs Meer durch Glasfronten.. gelungen!

Positiv:: Good breakfast. Not so far from the centre, complaints about this are unjustified.

Negativ:: The woman at reception was a little cool on arrival. The room was tucked away at the back with no view whatsoever. Quite pricey for one night's stay, even though there was the seafood festival in town.

Positiv:: The Hotel staff is excellent and very friendly. The location is idle. I recommend this hotel to everyone who wants to visit the beautiful La Toja island.

Positiv:: The hotel is in an amazing locatiom, right in front of La Toja. However it is a bit outdated and overprice for what you get in return, including a very average breakfast.

Negativ:: Very noisy, full of coach parties and noise went on past midnight. Take ear plugs! We were in the annex across the street, like being inside an echo chamber.

Positiv:: Exceptionally friendly and warm reception staff. Nice pool with great seaside walks available leading to small beaches.

Negativ:: Noise carried throughout the building until 2am and started again at 7:30. Very limited breakfast in packed room. Not allowed to bring breakfast out to the outside tables.

Positiv:: Vom Frühstück über die Lage des Hotels am Rande Spaniens war alles Bestens, die Insel O Grove ist eine Reise wert, traumhafte Strände, Abgeschiedenheit, alles wunderbar!

Positiv:: I like this hotel very much because it is well located in a natural environment, offset from San Vicente's cool buzz. It is very simple and comfortable and actually very quiet. From the pool you enjoy a beautiful landscape. Staff are nice. Rooms clean and comfortabe.

Negativ:: I just think that the breakfast offers poor alternatives in terms of freshness (fruit). And I think they use too much packaged food.
