My flight into San Juan, PR was delayed 6 hours. I arrived at 1045 pm to find that my car reservation had been cancelled without informing me. I had already been charged by Kayaks insurer for coverage. Moreover they had no cars left and I couldn’t get any other agency with cars at that hour.Bewertet am 7. Mai 2023

Shuttled to middle of nowhere from airport. Price was 2x what we agreed on Kayak ($690 instead of $350). Trapped in middle of nowhere late at night, but thankfully rescued by Uber. Didn't have a car the whole trip, but at least we didn't gratify the Payless extortion.Bewertet am 15. Feb. 2023

They don't train their staff well so they make mistakes,they don't know the policies. I bought insurance before the trip and when I got there the undertrained staff did not accept it and overcharged me by triple. I went through proper channels and got the money back but was a real challenge. And the management was incredibly rude and dishonest, although at the end they took care of it the customer service was awful at best. Would not recommend it.Bewertet am 20. Jan. 2023

Our flight had delayed and they were closed after 11:30pm. This was not there as a clear note, so we did not know they will be closed after 11:30. So we were not able to pick up the car and had to take uber.Bewertet am 1. Jan. 2023

The service rep was so uninterested in renting to me that i a tu went next door to Nu rental and rented from them. He seemed to turn a lot of people away with his attitude. I showed my declaration page to nu rental and had no problems there and although it was a smaller vehicle, it was half the cost. I will never rent from Payless.Bewertet am 1. Jan. 2023
