They had a 2 hour wait for cars even with a reservation. The desk attendants were GREAT, this is not their fault. But I couldn't pick up my reserved car since they didn't have one available. Very frustrating.Bewertet am 31. Mai 2023

It was very easy to pick up. Dropoff at Boston Logan was just odd. A small sign noted that receipts would be mailed, so I left the keys on the dash as others were doing. Have not seen my receipt yet (four days later). The charge on my credit card was exactly as expected so no worries there. Just want my receipt.Bewertet am 21. Mai 2023
