The price and car I received were great. What wasn’t great at all was waiting more than an hour in line to pick up my car after a cross-country flight that landed at 11:30pm. Huge line and not enough staff to handle it. When I got to the counter the rep asked how long I waited, when I told him, he said “oh that’s not too bad, usually it’s longer”. We were told we were being “given” a vehicle upgrade, as if it were a courtesy and it were a free upgrade. Great we were happy. Then once we returned from our trip we were charged for a vehicle upgrade. I havent been able to reach anyway useful in customer service regarding our charges.Bewertet am 27. Juni 2023

Car was fine, staff was nice. The line at the airport was horrendous. Hours long, only two people at the desk. I was told it's like that all the time. I can't imagine renting from thrifty or dollar again, at least not at Orlando. HIRE AN ADEQUATE AMOUNT OF STAFF!!!!Bewertet am 12. Juni 2023

We didn’t end up renting the car because there was a 2hr+ wait to get the car even with a reservation. So we Ubered to our hotel & rented a car from there for 2 days.Bewertet am 8. Juni 2023

Takes too long to get the car. My flight is 2 hours and the wait in line is usually one hour. Pretty sad when you have to wait that long in line to pick up your car and that’s with a reservation!Bewertet am 7. Juni 2023
