The service was great. Super easy pick up and drop off. The bad part was the car seemed to have an electrical problem. I used the car play and everytime we went over a slight uneven road it would disconnect the phone, not using the using and using the usb, which caused distraction to driving.Bewertet am 10. I paid for Allianz life insurance for $11/day separately and then was also charged coverage of $25/day (basically the same daily rental price as the car) on top of that so it was double what I expected. Probably will dispute the charge.Bewertet am 25. Mai 2022

The Thrifty counter at the airport was closed so we picked up from Hertz. Simple enough. The car was adequate, but the key fob rarely worked and it was frustrating to have to manually open the doors. We were only given one key and the key ring was braided metal with a loose piece that pricked my finger several times. Terrible customer service. The morning we had to catch a plane home the car wouldn’t start. We got a cab to the airport. I dropped the keys off to thrifty and they charged me over two thousand dollars without explaining anything. They could not have been ruder or less accommodating. After calling their support number I was hung up on once and the second woman was nice but couldn’t help at all. I will never do business with them again.Bewertet am 20. Nov. 2021

The car was clean. The staff could have been nicer more respectful. If I rent and pay for a full sized suv I should have received a full sized suv not a compact suv. I was charged the same price for a compact suv when that’s not what I reserved .Bewertet am 23. Sept. 2021
