Nothing. We need a vehicle that the passenger seats folded into the floor like a dodge caravan. We booke dodge caravan but the substituted Kia Carnival which did not meet our needs. Reserved a car online, went to the office, the staff told me casually "we have zero car", they said that office only has 4-5 cars, while that day they received 22 reservation from third party. they can't do anything. this place is really not responsible, and delayed my commitment. I rented the car for over 2 months. I was the lone driver. These people will not let even my wife drive it. They said if my wife wants to drive, I have to pay an additional $13-$14 plus..... I think this is not fair.Bewertet am 6. Jan. 2023

Everything went smoothly with easy pick up and drop off. The only issue we had was with the brakes after the 3rd day. They were making a thumping noise when we applied them going down steep inclines in the rockies and the steering wheel was vibrating. I was told by a mechanic that the issue was probably a warped rotor so he advised us to not ride the brakes going down a steep hill and to use them moderately.Bewertet am 29. Aug. 2022
