Upon arrival in TPA we found the Advantage desk was closed and nearby car rental agencies said that Advantage had been closed for more than two months although we had received no notification. We called the phone number listed on our reservation only to be directed to a call center that could neither help us obtain a rental car with another agency nor assist us in any way. Advantage appears to be a scam and Kayak should not make any reservations with them.Bewertet am 28. Feb. 2022

The first car had a front end shake at 44 mph and I had to drive it back over the bridge. Very unsafe and scary!!!! Advantage should have sent someone to pick this car up from me. Positiv:Staff at the counter was not very friendly. Charged me a $150 deposit. When will that be returned?Negativ:The sign for the counter at the Tampa airport is not very clear. We followed the signs and it led down to the garage and had to go back up to get the keys.Bewertet am 20. Apr. 2021
