Positiv:Drop off was super easyNegativ:Reserved a mid size SUV months in advance only to be told they didn’t have any. Said there should be some coming in if I wanted to wait a couple hours. Offered me an “upgrade” to a mid size sedan. Since I didn’t feel like sitting in an airport waiting I took it. He then proceeded to try and charge me over double until I produced the email with the reservation and price. I reserved the type of vehicle I did for ease of getting in and out if I wanted a sporty midsize I would’ve reserved it.Bewertet am 6. Juli 2021

Positiv:The car was clean and worked great!Negativ:The wait was ridiculous! I waited over an hour and a half after I had paid and checked in. I was told I would receive a phone call when my vehicle was ready in approximately 30 minutes but didn't receive a call at all. Positiv:Reserved a car through Priceline for Panama Beach to be picked up at the airport. Our original flight was cancelled and we arrived 3 hours later than originally planned. The rental company counters were all extremely busy, and I could overhear a lot of people trying to rent cars who had not made reservations, so I was worried they might not have held our reservation for us but they still had our reservation, and the type of vehicle we requested.Bewertet am 23.
