The staff could not have been any more friendly and helpful. We got exactly the car we needed for driving on snowy roads. Our car did great in the sub-zero temperatures we had during the week. The Return process was amazingly efficient and seamless. The layout of the return lanes was great. It took less than 10 minutes to return the car, get our bags checked into the Delta counter, and walk to the TSA Security Area. Will definitely rent from Alamo on next trip to Minneapolis.Bewertet am 28. Dez. 2022

Great! Car, was a bit difficult to find a terminal but easy drop off. Our original car rental agency gave away our car and we had no car. I went to the counter to ask if Alamo had any cars and they said no, reservation only, and sent us away. I then went on to Kayak and made a reservation in 2 minutes with Alamo, and went right back to the counter. She could have just told me to do that instead of being short and telling us there were no options for cars. Outside of that everything was greatBewertet am 16. Aug. 2022

2021 Nissan Rouge didn't have the most basic accessorie or option of " cruise control " . Believe me , I checked the owners manual..... I rented this vehicle for 10 days , paid over 1,400.00 dollars . I drove almost 2000 miles in Excruciating leg numbing pain. The drive was a living nightmare and I regret renting a car from your company. NEVER AGAIN !!!!!Bewertet am 15. Aug. 2022

It was unfortunate as a resident of state I was renting that they had a higher deposit rate for their company’s. Not the same throughout all rentals at airport and should be sent notice to customers of this before hand .Bewertet am 4. Aug. 2022
