Car smelled like cigarette smoke. Took 3 calls and 2 hours to make sure they didn't charge $240 to us for it. My passenger could not ride in it the smell was so bad. They sold my mom the $50 return car without filling it up to return. The tank doesn't even hold $50 worth of gas. They tried to have us cancel the insurance purchased from kayak and buy their insurance. Also to pay for toll pass although there were no tolls on our trip. I will not recommend them.Bewertet am 12. We waited in line for 1-2 hours to pick up our rental. Once we got into our car (after an additional wait in a separate line in the garage as they were giving people in the garage line cars the moment they were returned) it smelled of cigarette smoke and had not been cleaned very well.Bewertet am 9.
