Pick up process at Reno Airport was horrible. Waited an hour in line to pick up rental car. Only 2 agents working and the procedure seemed terribly inefficient. Agents constantly had to call on cell phones to pick up area.Bewertet am 17. Juli 2023

The car had been washed (very quickly I think, because it was not very clean and the inside had not been cleaned very well either), but it was comfortable. It came with gps which we didn’t expect, so that helped in getting around and to our next destinations. Overall, a good rental… just not very clean.Bewertet am 21. Mai 2023

Got a cheaper rate by picking up at the mall. Car was different than what we asked for. Not bad. It was FILTHY on the outside! Also, there was no windshield wiper fluid. We actually had to throw snow on the windshield to see through it. Just FYI.Bewertet am 16. Feb. 2022
