I was so pleased with everything! The rental car agent was awesome. He helped me with an accidental booking at the wrong location and got me a car at the airport right away instead. Pick up was very friendly and efficient. Drop off was confusing. No directions by signage or communicative personnel. We were steered wrong at drop off requiring extra steps and unnecessary waits in line. Car was not cleaned properly, even to the point of empty soda bottles in back seat. Windshield wipers were completely absent. So glad it did not rain more than one out of seven days! We would have told a staff member IF a human was available to report to.Bewertet am 22. Feb. 2023
