I had never heard of your company before this trip; would now recommend. The staff member who checked us in (“The Mark”) was friendly and efficient!! Navigating cancellation was very difficult as Kayak directed me to Sixt and Sixt told me I had to do it through Kayak. Then Sixt’s phone service told me to send an email and then the auto response to the email told me I had to call. Eventually I got a human to engage and they were unreasonably inflexible given the circumstances. Truly awful experience. I’m definitely blaming Sixt but I’ll also be cautious about booking through Kayak in the future too.Bewertet am 10. Apr. 2022

The Sixt experience was perfect--except for the car I rented. The agent offered me an upgrade from a Toyota Camry to a BMW for a minimal increase in payment. Never having driven a BMW, I agreed. But the car was a low-slung sporty model, and getting in and out of the car was very challenging! It handled magnificently in every way, but its comfort level was lacking. I wish the agent had informed me of this particular feature--and I would've stayed with the Camry. I'll know for next time...Bewertet am 31. März 2022
