Budget was fine - exactly what I expected. The car I got in Bangor had a bit of a funky smell and there were some coffee/soda spilled drops on the center console. However, I do wish I had known that because I was going to use a debit card that there would be a large deposit run. I would have just used a credit card but I didn't know until it was time to sign and we were in a hurry.Bewertet am 11. Juli 2023

I rented a pickup truck. Was told the lot was packed with vehicles but no trucks , I said if that's the case maybe an upgrade, give me the best you can. I was told that would cost extra. I stated you have a lot full that aren't being rented and you won't give me any sort of deal, I was give a Chevy equinox, the cheapest suv they had, there was a completely full lot(loaded up for summer as I was told) trucks , SUV's , large sedans. My Budget Camry rental was upgraded to a new Chrysler Pacifica, and the van was a comfortable hybrid with a smooth ride, easy-to-use controls, and excellent mileage. It was absolutely the best vehicle we have rented for the price in all the years that we’ve needed to rent a vehicle.
