The only suggestion I would make is at the Reno airport, when there is no one at the booth and rhe car is a call-up, it’s just necessary to sit and wait for the car to be brought up. The rate and car were fine. The experience at pick up was really bad. Each employee seemed to go out of their way to not be kind. The expressed aggrevation and frustration with us and the other people I was able to hear while in line.Bewertet am 14. Mai 2023

The Reno Budget pick up was one of the worst I’ve ever had. I say for 30 minutes waiting for them to bring my car and give me the keys. I watched as numerous clients names were called and drove away on their rental car. I finally walked around to find my car. They had forgotten to tell me it was ready and asked like it was my fault for not being more proactive when all the other clients were in and out very smoothly. It was not good. The pick up in Reno was an abysmal experience at best. The woman helping me was rude, and non-communicative and stated multiple times she was trying to get off her shift. At one point, there were at least 20+ people in line waiting with 4+ Budget attendants that were doing NOTHING! In addition to the extremely poor service, the car I requested (hybrid) was not available and I was put into a coffin of a vehicle as a replacement.
