They gave an inspection sheet and told me to annotate any damages. I did. During the return, they tried to tell me that it should have been on the white sheet of paper not the blue one. I told the lady that the person who gave me the car took thr white sheet that was on top. They tried to have us stand by and wait for. a manager until I brought up a video of my car inspection during pickup that detailed the damages I found. The Dollar location is not clearly indicated so finding their check-in desk is not as easy as finding some of the other rental agencies. Also, when dropping off the car, they have no signage from the road so you have to guess where they are located. Finally, an area they can improve upon would be to have agents available to meet you at the car so you don't have to go into the office when returning the vehicle.Bewertet am 18. Apr. 2023
