Arrange reservation the night before pick-up. vehicle selection was an estimated 30 different vehicle to choose from. Made selection received confirmation along with all conditions listed Estimated costs confirmed. Pick-up date confirmed and agreement time for payment listed. The day of pick-up a voice mail at approximately 9:00 am was left on my cell phone that Enterprise pick-up; location stated that there were no vehicles available for rental and none at any other location.Bewertet am 18. Dome light stayed on constantly. Would not turn off so was fortunate battery held up. Car was comfortable and met my needs. I was to pick up car at 9:00 and didn't arrive til later so service was very kind and got me a car as soon as they could. Wait wasn't too long at all. That was my fault and not yours.Bewertet am 17. The guy we spoke to at pick up was great. Super nice, made everything easy and made sure we knew about every detail. Really appreciated that. The car was okay, pretty beat up for a rental car which made me a little uncomfortable but it got us around. It also made some weird noises. Nothing to do with your location, but the person we spoke to at the airport location was rude and didn’t care to help us at all. So I’m glad we ended up picking up from youBewertet am 20. Feb. 2022
