Website is Misleading!! I rented a car for $67.00 the branch didn’t have the car I reserved online! They offered me a car with smoke fumes! I ended up renting a BMW for $200.00 !! When I dropped of the car they were closed and I have to dropped the car at LAX lost my flight ! They failed to tell me the times to dropped the car ! Horrible experience!Bewertet am 8. Mai 2022

Positiv:The car was very clean and the pick-up was fast once we were helped.Negativ:Time management and organization from the associates could be better. They seemed a bit frazzled and disorganized during pick-up and drop-off. They kind of bulldozed through each customer. One associate was loudly smacking gum and pretty aggressive with us. During pick-up, it took about 20-30 minutes to get helped after my set appointment time.Bewertet am 4. Mai 2021

Positiv:Kamal was great! Very helpful and friendly. The other man that helped me was very helpful I think he was a manager wearing a gray enterprise shirt. After hours drop off is easy and very convenient.Negativ:Pricing is a bit steep for type of car I got.Bewertet am 11. Aug. 2020
