Positiv:The car was decentNegativ:I was price gouged by the counter staff because my reservation had “expired” and they charged me the walk-in rate which included full insurance. Kayak didn’t give me an option to put in a time to pick up the car so it defaulted to noon, and their policy is that reservations “expire” after 3 hours. Their customer service was atrocious and if given the choice I will never rent a cat from them again.Bewertet am 8. Feb. 2021

Positiv:Absolutely nothing. I was discriminated and prohibited from renting and after being denied I did not receive a full refund. There was zero reason. My credit card was fine and I had prepaid for the rental. They came up with a bs excuse about not accepting MasterCard which was not true according to their policy statement.Negativ:Everything. They were rude, discriminatory, and left me stranded on Christmas Eve. I highly recommend that you DO NOT USE FOX CAR RENTAL. You could be next.Bewertet am 28. Dez. 2020

Positiv:Staff was friendly and professionalNegativ:The car smelled like cigarettes and had ash in the center console. I reserved an economy sub-compact but was given a mid-size sedan that got far worse MPG than what I had requested. I needed a small fuel efficient car to a lot of driving in for work. I got a much larger than necessary car and paid more for fuel by at least 30%.Bewertet am 17. Nov. 2020
