The service was horrible, the lady who attended me, was so rude, I felt she was racist and she didn't treat me polite, she was screaming to me all the time, and told me something like "why I rent a car if I don't speak English". Hertz online booking needs some work. We booked a one-way, once we arrived they said the could not provide a car. They seem to be the only rental car provider that wasn’t able to block one-way booking on their website or through other booking options, i.e. kayak, Priceline. Their customer service was not helpful in resolving the issue. Hours wasted driving to and from their location. I will not be using Hertz in the futureBewertet am 14. Okt. 2021

Car was great. Drop-off was great. Picking up the car took forever. There was one person operating the desk and a line that took just under an hour to get through when I personally was up there for less than 5 minutes. If people are making changes, they need to move to the back of the bus or there needs to be another line for people that have there stuff together.Bewertet am 2. Aug. 2021
