Jasmine was amazing from check-in to check-out. She was attentive, communicative, and just knew exactly what was going on. Any question I had she could answer. She contacted me directly afterwards to notify me about an extra charge that was going to appear at the bank (I forgot to fill the tank when I turned the vehicle in). My experience with the person who helped me at this particular location was excellent. He was personable and didn’t try too hard to upsell me on the insurance (which is always obnoxious to me). Positiv:NothingNegativ:This location allows you to book a weekend car online, but is closed for the weekend! We were in town for a wedding, and we needed a car. When we arrived there were two other people standing outside frantically calling around looking for a car anywhere else. There were not any other cars available for us, and we had to scrap a lot of our plans for the weekend and take a Lyft to the wedding. I solely blame this hertz location for ruining our trip to Atlanta and I am absolutely livid.Bewertet am 16. März 2021
