The check in was horrible!!!! We were in line for about 11/2 hrs. There was one person working having to do all aspects of the job. She did an excellent job with customer service.Bewertet am 5. Okt. 2021

The best thing about this experience was the Manager the next day. We got our car the first day, not the right one. Our car was sold/overbooked. It died within using the car within 20 miles. Had to get it towed, service rep said we would have to incur the costs? Making us freak out for a moment. Manager fixed it and gave us a car and it worked for the rest of the weekend. Very upsetting to have this happen and its a real shame.Bewertet am 2. Okt. 2021
