Kayak don’t include the Third Party Liability insurance in the price. The car renting was 150US on kayak.com but on place with the insurance (you can’t leave with the car without a 3rd party insurance) the price was 800US. What a scam from Payless and KayakBewertet am 12. Mai 2023

The Payless team was very helpful and accomodating, they worked with me to collect my group at the airport, waited for a flight that was delayed, and helped me pick the most affordable rental/protection package. Great experience all around, highly recommended!Bewertet am 26. März 2023

They have worn out dangerous vehicles. I had a very serious incident on a mountain road due a steering component failure that was a direct result of poor maintenance. In addition, the passenger seat was not secured properly to the floor. The dealer would not give me the car unless I bought exorbitantly priced insurance from him, in spite of me showing him proof that I was covered through my credit card. I consider their behaviour to be criminal and I would never rent from this company again.Bewertet am 17. März 2022

Bait and switch; old car in poor shape and would not rent unless I took their expensive insurance despite having Allianz insurance. They said take it or leave it. The parting shot was “maybe you should rent directly from Payless not through internet providers.” Beware.Bewertet am 1. Jan. 2022
