Compared to all of the other agencies, thrifty seems to understaff which results in long wait times. The last thing you want to do after flying five plus hours is stand in a line for 45 minutes to pick up your rental car. I feel bad for the staff because they’re so kind, but Thrifty needs to please consider adding more of them!Bewertet am 22. Aug. 2023

Thrifty Honolulu overbooks their cars, my husband waited amongst hundreds, yes hundreds of people for a car. He waited almost 3.5 hrs. Cars were being cleaned one by one and given to customers. We missed a scheduled engagement because of this huge delay. Employees didn’t acknowledge that the wait time was unacceptable.Bewertet am 16. Juli 2023

OMG! I never write any reviews but this place was so bad! They big companies of Thrifty, Hertz and Dollar combined together to save money. One small pickup area, 3 counters, 2 attended. There was about 100 people waiting, it took 2 hours to get a car. Complete waste of time!Bewertet am 23. Apr. 2023

It took 3 hours to pick up a car from hnl. There wasn’t enough of an inventory so we were all literally waiting for cars to be returned. All of the other brands had zero lines. I would consider another brand than dollar or thrifty which used the same staff from hnl.Bewertet am 15. Feb. 2023
