Positiv:The Hyundai Tucson was very clean and comfortableNegativ:My flight was delayed and the Thrifty rental counter closed before I arrived. No local or manager number to call. I was stranded at the airport late at night. I had to use alternate transportation that night and return to the airport to pick up the rental car the next morning. Then, Thrifty refused to modify my rental contract for the adjusted period of time. So I was stranded without a car and paid for a day I did not use.
