It took us 1 1/2 hour to pick up the car!!!!!!! We got to the counter in the middle of the night and there were only two workers at that time. When we went to pick up the car, there were only Teslas available. We had no idea how to drive the car and there was no one to help. thankfully we found a site online to help. It was difficult to drive a car we don't know anything about. Dropping it off was quick and easy.Bewertet am 27. Apr. 2023

Terrible service, dirty vehicle, downgraded to a smaller suv than what we reserved, long wait times (over an hour), so many issues including forgetting to give us the remote key to our vehicle before we left.Bewertet am 9. Apr. 2023
