Pick up was quick and easy as was the drop off. Friendly and helpful staff. Our only wish is that the inside of the vehicle would have been cleaned better. It was vacuumed and litter free but the leather seats and interior windows needed cleaning/wipe down.Bewertet am 7. Mai 2023

Car was a little dirty inside when received, but drove great for us & the staff was friendly & helpful. I will add that when returning it, they noticed a small chip in the windshield (from a rock or something) - at first I was charged for damages, but they later refunded them, so thank you Hertz!Bewertet am 29. The pickup experience was really poor. The solo man staffing the pickup location was not trained on how the car’s systems should work, leaving us to troubleshoot. This meant that when we found an issue he got extremely flustered, both because he didn’t know how to fix it and because he had 8+ customers waiting in line behind us. He did his best, but he wasn’t set up for success and the experience got the rental off to a bad start.Bewertet am 14. März 2023

I had rented a car months in advance. My flight was delayed by a few days so I attempted to contact Hertz. Since I was delayed I asked if my car could be held for a few days (remember it's already paid for). They said they were unable to help me and I'd have to rebook it costing me a thousand dollars more. It turned into a headache and to be frank their outsourcing of customer service was dreadful.Bewertet am 13. März 2023

Better signage at the Auckland airport regarding the location of the rental car return would be very beneficial for people unfamiliar with the airport. Once in the return area an attendant to help find a parking spot that was a Hertz designated or at least better signage would also be beneficial to people unfamiliar with the process.
