Agent at pickup counter was not overly friendly and changed the type of car I had reserved. Secondly, they (Hertz), would not allow me to change pick up locations to make it more convenient for me, costing me an Uber ride. We called prior to pickup to notify our flight was delayed to make sure they wouldn’t give our car away. They wanted to cancel and rebook the reservation. They canceled but then could not get a car because there were none available. We had to go with another company and had to pay double what our reservation was with kayak. Not happy with this experience. Also they refund was $100 less than what we paid. Will now have to fight with Hertz to fight for $ back. Not happy at allBewertet am 22. Juli 2023

Customer service is horrible. I called to change the pick up time. They don’t know how to do this if the car is prepaid. I asked to speak to a supervisor. Customer service told me they would call back, they never did. I pre purchased the vehicle, at the pickup I was told the vehicle is only partially paid. I paid for the vehicle, then was charged again for the full price. I will never get a car from Hertz again!Bewertet am 9. Juli 2023

The car I got from the airport was not good, windshield was just replaced and the wipers hit the drivers side a pillar. While driving the rear view mirror fell off. But I stopped at the hertz in downtown calgary and there replaced the car with a truck, that was amazing. I was in and out in about 10 mins.Bewertet am 22. Juni 2023
