Pros: The car was clean and had Bluetooth. Cons: The car was a downgrade from the one we chose. We had picked an electric vehicle and instead were given a gas guzzler. The car was quoted to give 35mpg but turned out to give around 16mpg instead. The counter agents took an inordinate amount of time to process us even though we had reservations both times. No efficiency at all. The cruise control system was broken and made the drive very frustrating.Bewertet am 15. Aug. 2023

Was a good price for the week. Just got a mid suv that wasted more gas than expected vehicle I was thinking I was going to get. They have a Nissan rogue on internet but got a jeep instead. Customer service tried to get me a smaller car. And I had to wait over an hour and a store that are picking up. The car pick up time was 12. But by the time I received, the key was almost 1 PM. I did not take this trip. It was canceled due to not having a physical credit card that was used to pay with. I payed through Affirm. Didn’t work out so they canceled and I had to do it in person all over again.Bewertet am 11. Juli 2023

There were no cars available other than Teslas and hertz was unable to honor the kayak rate with the Tesla. Difficult to find the place. Located in nondescript bottom floor in Marriott. Upon arrival we learned that we were assigned an electrict vehicle. This destroyed our plans to drive long distance due to charging time. No other cars were available!!! no disclosure that electric car is even a possibility.Bewertet am 10. Juni 2023
