Positiv:: Die Nähe zum Strand war sehr gut. Das Essen war abwechslungsreich und ausreichend. Der Pool ist schön groß.

Positiv:: Einfach super lage, Busbahnhof fast in Sichtweite und zum Strand auch nur 3 Min. Zimmer nicht besonders gross, aber mit zwei aneinandergestellten Doppelbetten eine wirklich perfekte Schlafstelle. Hatte zufälligerweise des Zimmer im obersten Stock hinten raus zur Poolseite, Strassenseitig (Discostrasse) währe sicherlich etwas lauter in den Nachtstunden. Frische Hand bzw. Badetücher wurden auch ins Zimmer gelegt obwohl ich die anderen am Strand mit hatte. Unbürokratisches auschecken, nur Magnetkarte abgeben und fertig!

Positiv:: Go there! A lovely hotel with smiling, welcoming staff and lots to do. Indoor and outdoor pools, games room, book swap, animations etc. Our (spotless) apartment for 4 was spacious and airy, with small oven, double hob and fridge. A twin bedded room and 2 sofa beds in the living room. Huge sliding windows for lots of light and a big balcony with enough space to eat. Bathroom was well equipped, it also had a nice sized bath. The man who showed us to our room noticed that the light in our hallway didn't work and before we could unpack, the maintenance man had arrived and changed it. Nice carparking area and within walking distance of the main street, shops and beach. We'd thoroughly recommend Encantada and will definitely go back there.

Positiv:: Zimmer grosszügig, sauber. Lage des Hotel super, nicht im grössten Chaos von Loret, dennoch nur 600m bis zum Meer. Personal freundlich und zuvorkommend, Essen/Buffet hervorragend, was nicht selbstverständlich ist, da das Hotel nur sehr wenige Gäste hatte. Poollandschaft und Hallenbad sehr gepflegt.

Positiv:: The staff were in the main helpful and willing. The room was large and clean and presentable. The food was plentiful and of reasonable quality. It would be possible for anyone to find something they would enjoy no matter how fussy.

Positiv:: This hotel is listed as 4 star - I don't think it's quite up to 4-star standard, however it IS great value for money, spotlessly clean and located a mere stone's throw from the lovely Fenals beach. We paid 47 euros for one night's half board for four people - the food was ok and plentiful but the coffee in the buffet area was undrinkable!! Still, a small price to pay for such good value. We had free parking along a quiet parallel street and everything is in walking distance. Our only complaint was that the advertised family room for 2 adults+2 children' was, in fact a double room with two fold out beds - there wasn't room to swing a cat! It was ok for one night but no longer. Overall we got more than we expected for the price we paid.

Positiv:: Das Hotel liegt direkt nur ca. 200m Fussweg vom Strand entfernt. Es sind sehr viele Menschen im Hotel mit denen man richtig Spaß haben kann, aber leider viele Engländer und nur wenige die deutsch sprechen. Die Zimmer sind groß genug und sehr sauber! Die Getränke an der Bar (All-Inclusiv) lassen keine Wünsche offen (vom Baileys über Vodka und Whiskey bis Bier und alkoholfreien Getränken ist alles da!).
