Friendly staff. What could of been better:. we were told it would be $65 which included the tax, to add a driver, which ended up being $85. Also, we were told we could use cash to pay for extra driver which ended up not being true.Bewertet am 31. Mai 2023

Was told car would have a full tank of gas and so I would need to refill it completely when I return it. I leave the airport and immediately notice it’s less than 75% full. Too late now. I refueled 100% before dropping off. Kinda feel ripped off.Bewertet am 21. Mai 2023

One person checking out cars. You share same space at phx with Avis. Avis had several agents help Avis customers Took 40 minutes to get my car. Avis was getting their people out in under 5 minutes. If you need the same counter space, and same agency in Phoenix, then you need to step it up with Payless or close down it’s sucked.Bewertet am 11. Mai 2023

Drop-off simple as expected. Pick-up was excruciatingly slow! Ten people in line and only one clerk. Since I timed it, I know the average was 7.5 minutes, times 10 people = 75 minutes waiting! It would be better to have two clerks (which finally happened when I 2nd from the front), and handle quick rentals in a streamlined manner.Bewertet am 3. Mai 2023

The desk workers were great! They worked so hard, and so fast, even though there was only two of them. It wasn’t their fault that there was only two of them for a line of like 30 people. The problem was booking through kayak. It’s that our price would be $150, but after we booked it it changed to $208 unexpectedly. That was incredibly frustrating.Bewertet am 26. Apr. 2023
