Positiv:The reservation process was easy. The SUV was clean, and pick up was fast and easy. The employees at the counter inside the airport were friendly and expedient. I did have to walk back inside the airport to the desk to return it, but other than that, the return process was smooth, quick, and friendly.Negativ:The reservation and service was great, though the price was a bit steep. It was a last-minute reservation; however, so that is just how it is. I didn't like some of the features of the SUV. The high beams flickered on and off at will while we were navigating curvy mountain roads in the dark. I did NOT enjoy this. The suspension wasn't as smooth, nor the handling as tight as the Jeep Cherokee we rented the following weekend from a different company.Bewertet am 4. Aug. 2020
