Positiv:: Sie sind in der Nähe des Stadtzentrums. Besonders günstig zu erreichen. Tolles Personal und Aufmerksamkeit. Reichlich Platz und schöne Einrichtungen. Das Frühstücksbuffet war großartig.

Positiv:: Tolles Hotel für eine kurze Reise, Geschäfts- und Freizeitreisende. Zahlreiche Einrichtungen, das Essen ist großartig und der Service war ausgezeichnet.

Positiv:: Wir hatten ein absolut fabelhaftes Hotel, wenn sie im Four Points Sheraton übernachten. Ich würde dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der es auf dem ganzen Weg erstklassig war, einschließlich Frühstück und Service vom Hotelpersonal

Positiv:: Das Personal wie die meisten Mexikaner war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Jeder Teil des Hotels, den ich gesehen habe, war sehr sauber. Das Zimmer war geräumig und das Bad war gut ausgestattet. Besonders gefällt mir die Funktion, dass der Zimmerschlüssel die Zimmerbeleuchtung aktiviert und nach der Entfernung nur 5 Minuten eingeschaltet bleiben würde. Das Ein- und Auschecken war ein Kinderspiel und es war praktisch eine gerade Linie zum Flughafen. Gute Lage zum und vom Hotel. Muchos gracias!

Positiv:: Wir hatten letzte Minute gebucht und bekamen immer noch einen guten Preis. Das Hotel war sehr komfortabel und das Personal freundlich. Es gibt ein Restaurant und eine Bar, die sehr gut ist. Das Wartungspersonal war aufmerksam und sie hatten eine großartige Live-Band. Es schien, als ob Geschäftsreisende, also waren wir eifersüchtig bei unseren morgendlichen Cocktails;-)

Positiv:: Wir lieben dieses Resort und sind zum 6. Mal zurückgekehrt. Das Resort ist voller freundlicher, ausgehender Leute, die eine großartige Zeit verbringen möchten. Wie ein Freund sagt: "Ich ging nach Kuba und saß eine Woche lang auf liegen neben demselben Paar, ohne Worte zu tauschen", Was bei TTR nie passieren wird. Positiv:: Das Essen war durchschnittlich, ich schätze, weil ich ein Einheimischer bin und ich traditionelles mexikanisches Essen kenne. Das Personal war GROSSARTIG!! Großartiger Service. Und der Strand, Wow. Die Stimmung insgesamt war lustig, aber die Leute dort sind durchschnittlich in den 40er Jahren, was für mich ein Downer war, ich war lang für eine jüngere, sexiertere Menschenmenge.

Positiv:: Temptation is an amazing resort made for adults with open and fun minds. The service is great, the food is wonderful and there is always an activity for everyone at all times in a beautiful location.

Positiv:: this was the one of the best hotels I have been to and I have stayed in in over 300 hotels in the past 6 years. the staff were exceptionally happy.

Positiv:: Everything was very good, including food, services, the atmosphere... You could join the gests on drinking and dancing, or just stay relaxed all by yourself... A nice place for young couples!

Positiv:: Lage am Strand mit Rock Wand in der Nähe hilft bändigen die Steady Wellen. Schön Outdoor Pools und Strand Einrichtungen. Das gesamte Personal ist freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Positiv:: Zunächst war das Personal großartig! Immer bereit zu helfen, egal was. Wir hatten nie Probleme mit irgendetwas im Zimmer und wenn wir etwas brauchten, wurde es prompt erledigt. Der Blick auf den Strand sollte sterben! Das Hotel war immer sauber und das Essen war immer gut, was ein Plus ist! Ich kann es sehr empfehlen, hier zu übernachten! Wird definitiv wieder hier buchen, wenn die Zeit kommt!

Positiv:: Ein sauberes und sicheres Hotel mit freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Die Lage war sehr gut. Einfacher Zugang zum Strand Nachtleben.

Positiv:: The resort was very average. The location was amazing. It is on a clean part of the beach. They provide cabanas on the beach. And when you leave the resort you are a very quick walk to all the bars and restaurants.

Positiv:: I usually don’t do reviews but this one was super necessary. The hotel has a great location and the facilities are nice. However the service was awful. Really bad. We got there at 10pm on a Thursday and there was not anything to eat. Although the restaurants hours where until 11pm. we had to call the manager and after arguing with us they started to bring us food. The breakfast place and the restaurant inside the hotel called risotto is the worst experience ever. Imagine that in an empty restaurant, with lots of empty tables we habe to sign in a waiting list and get a number. Although we were informed that no previous reservation was needed. It was really impresive the bad service and lack of interest and understanding by the hosts. How come i have to be in a waiting list of an empty restaurant for about 1 hr. In order sit The hotel is nice but the service is horrible. The only place where the service was great was at the beach bar. They where really nice with us. Specially mr.Angel he was outstanding. The rest of the service really but really bad.

Positiv:: The place was amazing. Everyone was there to help you and please you. We had troubles with rooming situation and Irvin helped us out so much. He was able to fix our situation and be super friendly about it the whole time. We went over spring break weekend, but the hotel was pretty good about quieting people down during the night so we got a great nights sleep each night! The hotel itself is amazing. It has a great beach, staff, pool, super clean, food, and drinks. I was there for six days and had a blast the entire time!

Positiv:: Great bang for the buck. This hotel is only ten minutes away from the Isla Mujeres ferry. There is an awesome bar around the corner. Highly recommended if you need a no frills place to sleep/rest/etc.
