My paid reservation was set for 12 noon stood in line for three hours yes, three hours no exaggeration until I finally received. My frontal family had to sit in a hot airport for three hours. Totally irresponsible on the car rental company.Bewertet am 9. Juli 2023

There was no experience. Your site allowed us to book a rental car as an alternative mode of transportation home so we stopped looking for other rental cars. When we got to the Dollar counter we found out they weren’t honoring any of the reservations made that day nor would they allow us to leave the state with their cars with our confirmed one way reservations with kayak. I had to wait 2 hours in line to pick up my vehicle. The staff seemed like they were doing the best they could, but it was pretty ridiculous considering I had just gotten off a long flight, then had a 4 hour drive ahead of me. I'm not sure I'd rent from them again unless it was a last resort. The process seemed really inefficient.Bewertet am 30. Juni 2023

They were out of cars when I arrived. Only one staff member, David, was helpful. The rest didn’t seem to care and told me to come back in the morning. They couldn’t get a car for me from Hertz because the gate closed right after we arrived in the shuttle.Bewertet am 23. Mai 2022
