The rental could not have been better. However, at this point, I’m not sure if they are charging me for the use of the battery on the electric car. I thought I was going to save money because I did not have to pay for gas. I was not informed in advance of any charge for the electric car as far as use of the batteries concerns. Pick up and drop off was nightmare had to call to get shuttle on pick up and drop off waited for almost 40 minutes for shuttle leave the rental depot to bring to airport almost missed flight. Needs to have a more frequent shuttle or workers drive customers in the rentals.Bewertet am 11. Mai 2023

The customer service was very friendly. We especially liked our airport shuttle driver when we returned our vehicle. He was very nice and attentive. The only negative was that our car reeked of marijuana. The smell lasted for a few days.Bewertet am 20. Okt. 2022
